Refund Policy

How failed renders, credit packs, subscriptions and the free preview are charged and refunded on RapVideo AI.

1. The Short Version

  • A video that fails is never charged.
  • Unused pack credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and a charge can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period's credits were used.
  • Credits already used on a finished video can't be refunded.

2. Failed Renders

If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us. A video that finishes successfully but that you don't like is not a failed render.

3. Credit Packs

Packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. Current packs and prices are on the pricing page.

  • A pack you haven't used at all can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
  • A partly used pack can be refunded within 7 days for its unused credits, at that pack's price per credit.
  • After 7 days, pack purchases are final.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel. Plan credits arrive each month and expire at the end of that month; yearly plans receive one twelfth of their yearly credits each month. Unused plan credits don't roll over.

  • Cancelling: cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a period.
  • Refunds: a subscription charge, first payment or renewal, can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of the credits from that period have been used.

5. Free Preview (Where Offered)

Some new users who sign in with Google may be offered one free, short, low-resolution preview of a standard video. Unlocking it creates the full, watermark-free video and costs that video's price. If you don't unlock it, you pay nothing. The offer is limited to one per person and may change or end at any time.

6. Billing Errors

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the difference.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused until it is resolved.

8. How to Ask for a Refund

Email support@rapvideoai.com from the address on your account and tell us what you bought and when. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
