Terms of Service

The rules for using RapVideo AI, including photos and likeness, credits, payments and the videos you make.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

These terms govern your use of RapVideo AI at rapvideoai.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or making a video, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What RapVideo AI Does

RapVideo AI turns one or two photos into a short AI rap video. You add photos, pick a stage and style, optionally describe what the song is about, and our AI models write lyrics and generate the video. The Service offers two styles:

  • New song: an original AI-written rap and beat about your topic, performed by the people in your photos.
  • Original remake: the people in your photos placed into a recreation of a popular trend format.

Results are generated by AI and vary from render to render. A video may not look exactly like the people in the photos, and lyrics may contain mistakes.

3. Your Account

  • You need an account to make videos. You can sign up with Google or with an email address and password.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to buy credits.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around limits, free offers or a suspension.

4. Photos and Likeness

This is the most important section. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • You are a person in the photo, or every person in it has agreed to be turned into a rap video and to how you plan to share it.
  • You have the right to use the photo (for example, you took it or have permission from whoever did).
  • The photo does not show a child unless you are that child's parent or legal guardian.
  • You are not using the photo to impersonate, harass, bully, defame or sexualize anyone, or to make someone appear to say or do something in a way meant to deceive.

Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or strangers. We may block photos or videos that our safety checks flag, and we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits and Payment

  • Videos are paid for with credits. The credit cost depends on the model, resolution and length you choose and is shown before you render.
  • You can buy one-time credit packs or subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged in US dollars through Stripe.
  • Pack credits do not expire. Plan credits are granted each month and expire at the end of that month, including yearly plans, which receive one twelfth of their yearly credits each month.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • A render that fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter is not charged. Credits are returned automatically.
  • Some new users may be offered a free short preview of one video; you pay only if you unlock the full video. This offer is at our discretion and can change or end at any time.
  • Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts and are only used on RapVideo AI.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to make or share content that:

  • is sexual, or sexualizes anyone, or involves minors in any harmful way;
  • harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans a real person or group;
  • impersonates someone, or is meant to mislead people about what a real person said or did, including political or election content;
  • promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

You also agree not to scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, get around credit or safety limits, or resell access to it without our written permission.

7. Your Photos and Your Videos

  • You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you: making your videos, showing them in your account and keeping the Service safe.
  • We do not use your photos or videos in our marketing, and we do not sell them.
  • Subject to these terms and the rights of the people shown, you may download, keep and share the videos you make, including on social media.
  • Lyrics and beats in New song videos are generated for you by AI. We don't claim ownership of your videos.
  • Original remake videos recreate a trend format that may include third-party music or choreography. Social platforms may mute, limit or remove such videos. You are responsible for how you share them and for following each platform's rules.
  • We are not affiliated with any artist, label or brand mentioned on the Service.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided as available. Features, models, prices and credit costs may change. Changes to prices never affect credits you have already bought.

9. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@rapvideoai.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse free offers or payments, or put other people at risk. If we close your account without cause, we will refund unused purchased credits.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service and everything it generates are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for how you or others use the videos you make. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
