On the Radar AI
Add a photo and step into the green booth: headphones on, at the mic, rapping the 679 hook while a friend hypes beside you, with the same moves, camera and cuts as the clip everyone is remaking. 15 seconds, vertical, with the original sound. Add a second photo for the friend.

What is the On the Radar AI trend?
The original. On The Radar Radio films rappers in a small booth lit bright green. On 17 April 2026 it posted a classic session: Fetty Wap and Remy Boy Monty performing "679". The TikTok passed 19 million views, and the clip became a sound everyone knew.
The AI trend. In early September 2026 people started putting other faces in the booth. A CapCut tutorial on 5 September passed 2 million views, character swaps followed on Instagram from 8 September, and a version with two TV detectives rapping the hook passed 560,000 views on X on 14 September. People search for it as "On the Radar AI trend", "679 AI" and "Fetty Wap 679 AI".
What this effect does. It copies the same 15 seconds the viral versions use, move for move and cut for cut, and puts you at the mic, with a friend from a second photo hyping at your side. The original sound is laid over the video, so it works as the trend as soon as you post it.
Mouths. The moves and the timing are the clip's; the mouth follows the hook roughly, not word for word. On a phone screen it reads as you on the mic.
What's in the 15 seconds
The same cut as the clip the trend remakes, so it is recognisable in the first second.
The two-shot
Your friend on the left bouncing and laughing, you on the right at the mic.
The hook
You centred at the mic, headphones on, rapping with swagger, hands chopping on the beat, your friend hyping at the edge of the frame.
The side angle
A close-up from the side as you lean into the mic, right where the original cuts.
Back to the front
The last seconds facing the camera, still rapping and bouncing to the end of the hook.
The booth
Bright green neon, a glowing ring on the wall, a studio mic with a pop filter.
The sound
The clip's own audio, laid over the finished video, so the hook lands exactly where it does in the trend.

Who goes in the booth
The viral versions put two people who go together in the booth. Use photos of people who agreed to it; the hook has adult lyrics, so keep kids out of this one.
You
You on the mic, a stranger hyping. The quickest way onto the trend.
You and your best friend
One raps, one hypes: the duo that goes everywhere together, now on the radar.
Coworkers
The two from the office who would never actually do this. A photo of each, with their OK.
Your dog
A dog in headphones at the mic, its own coat and face. The pet versions are some of the most shared.
Tips for a better On the Radar video
Eyes visible
Front-facing, evenly lit, no sunglasses: the face is close to the camera for most of the clip.
Your outfit comes along
The clothes in your photo are what you wear in the booth. A jacket or a hoodie fits the look.
One per photo
One person per photo works best. Photo 1 raps; photo 2 hypes.
Try another take
Every take moves a little differently. A new one costs the same, a failed one nothing.
