AI Moonwalk Dance Video
Add one photo and watch them moonwalk: knee pops, toe points, a spin, the hand pointing at the floor and the smooth glide backwards across the living room, in their own clothes, to the music. 15 seconds, vertical, with sound. Works best on the person who would never dance.

What is the AI moonwalk dance trend?
Where it started. In July 2026 a video of a grandmother in Argentina "teaching" Michael Jackson's moves in her living room passed 17 million views on TikTok. She glides, points at the floor and spins like she has done it all her life. Her son had made it with AI from a single photo of her, and fact-checkers spent the next week explaining that it wasn't real.
Why it spread. The joke is the person: someone you would never picture dancing, nailing the moonwalk in their own slippers. AI grandmas, dads, cats and dachshunds doing Michael Jackson's moves have been all over TikTok and Reels since, and "AI moonwalk" became the name for it.
What people want. Searches for "Michael Jackson AI dance", "AI moonwalk" and "can AI make me dance like Michael Jackson" all ask the same thing: put this person in that video. That is what this page does.
Your photo, the real routine, the music. The video copies the moves, the room and the handheld camera of the clip that started it, step for step, and comes with its music, so people recognise it at a glance. The dancer keeps their own face and clothes: no fedora, no white glove, no lookalike.
What's in the 15 seconds
Every render follows the routine of the viral living-room clip, so it reads as the moonwalk trend at a glance.
The kick and the flick
Facing the camera: a knee up with the toe pointed, both hands flicked palms-down at the hips, then a wide stance with one hand pointing down to the side.
The moonwalk
Back to the camera, one hand tucked behind the back, a smooth glide across the floor, the feet sliding like there is no friction.
The point
Side-on, one leg stretched out and a finger pointing down at the floor at an angle, held for a beat.
The spin and the toe stand
A spin round to the camera, a knee pop up on the toes, then a shoulder shimmy with the hands flicking at the hips.
Their own clothes
The cardigan, the jeans, the slippers from the photo. No costume, which is exactly why it is funny.
The sound
The music from the clip that started the trend, laid over the video, so every move lands on the beat.

How to make an AI moonwalk dance video
Three steps from your phone. No dance video to upload, no prompt, no app.
- 1
Add a photo
A full-body photo with the face and both feet visible works best. Add a second photo and two of you dance side by side.

Who should moonwalk
The less likely the dancer, the better the video. Only use photos of people who are happy to be in it; anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to agree.
Grandma or grandpa
The one that started it all. Send it to the family chat and wait.
Mom or dad
A birthday or Father's Day surprise: the parent who swears they can't dance, gliding across the kitchen.
Your dog or cat
Up on its hind legs doing Michael Jackson's moves. It stays a real animal, with its own coat and face.
Two of you
A photo of each of you, and you moonwalk side by side in sync.
Tips for a better moonwalk
Full body, feet in frame
The moonwalk is all footwork. A photo that shows the shoes gives the model the whole person to move.
A clear face
Front-facing and evenly lit, so the face stays the same through every turn.
The music is already on
The video comes with the trend's music, so it is ready to post as is.
Try another take
Every render dances a little differently. A new one costs the same, a failed one nothing.
