The video

What happens in the original Bulin 47 video

The setup. It is night outside a venue in Spain. The entrance is lit red, a bouncer stands by the door and a crowd has its phones out. Bulin 47, a dembow artist from the Dominican Republic, is walking in. Kevin Wai, a content creator who freestyles on the street, steps in front of him with a portable speaker playing a dembow beat and starts rapping at him.

The answer. Bulin doesn't walk past. He raps back on the spot, over the speaker, hands chopping the beat, then throws an arm in the air, laughs, leans in and pops his shoulders up and down: the move that later got a name. The crowd loses it.

The clip. Kevin's post is 46 seconds, filmed vertically on a phone. The camera starts on Kevin, then swings to Bulin; that swing is where almost every AI version begins, which is why the remakes are about 15 to 19 seconds long.

The look. Pink shirt open at the collar, black shades, red light, a speaker held up between two faces. Those four things are the whole meme: change the person and everyone still knows which video it is.

Who's who

The two men in the Bulin 47 video, and the song

Three names come up in every comment thread. Here is who they are.

Bulin 47

Stage name of Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso, born 23 November 1989 (36 in October 2026), who grew up in Capotillo in Santo Domingo. He drove a motorcycle taxi and delivered food before his comedy clips and then his dembow songs took off; his first singles came out in 2016. “Bulin” was a teenage nickname from his street crew, Los Bulines. He has never explained the 47.

Kevin Wai

Also written Kevin Way, nicknamed Kevincito. The creator who filmed the clip, held up the speaker and freestyled first. Dominican press disagrees on whether he is Colombian or a Spain-based creator; his accounts point to Colombia. By 12 October he had about 770,000 TikTok followers.

“Dame Hombro”

The single the two released on 7 October 2026, a week after the clip, with an official video on 8 October (YouTube labels it “Made with AI”). “Dame hombro” is Dominican slang for the shoulder move: give me shoulder. People search for it as the Bulin 47 song.

Bulin 47 video: questions people ask

Can't find your answer? Email us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you.

Is the Bulin 47 video real or AI?

The original is real: Kevin Wai filmed it on his phone outside a venue in Spain and posted it on 1 and 2 October 2026. The versions with footballers, politicians, Squidward and other faces are AI remakes made from that clip. The official “Dame Hombro” video, released a week later, mixes real footage with AI-made characters and carries YouTube's “Made with AI” label.

How old is Bulin 47?

He was born on 23 November 1989, so he is 36 at the time of the viral video (October 2026). His real name is Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso.

Where was the Bulin 47 video filmed?

Outside a venue in Spain, at night, as Bulin was walking in. Several tool sites say Madrid; the Dominican press only says Spain, so we leave it at that.

What is Bulin 47 saying in the video?

He is freestyling in Dominican Spanish over the dembow beat from Kevin's speaker, answering Kevin's lines, then telling him to give him shoulder: “dame hombro”. We don't transcribe the lyrics; fans have, and the pair later built the single “Dame Hombro” on the moment.

What song is in the Bulin 47 video?

The original clip has no released song in it: it is a dembow beat from the speaker and two men freestyling over it. The song people find afterwards is “Dame Hombro”, the single Bulin 47 and Kevin Wai released on 7 October 2026 after the clip went viral.

Who is Kevin Wai?

The content creator who filmed the video, held the speaker and freestyled first. He is also known as Kevin Way or Kevincito. Press reports disagree on whether he is Colombian or a Spain-based creator.

How many views does the Bulin 47 video have?

Kevin's TikTok alone had about 5.2 million views by 12 October 2026 and his Instagram reel over 6 million likes. Counting reposts and remakes, Dominican media reported more than 50 million views on 7 October and more than 70 million on 8 October. Nobody has a single exact number, because the clip was reposted everywhere.

Did Netanyahu really post a Bulin 47 video?

Yes. On 10 October 2026 the Israeli prime minister's Instagram account posted an AI version with his face in Bulin's place, later noted as AI-generated. Dominican outlets reported it the same day, and it is one reason the AI trend spread so fast in the Middle East.

Where can I watch or download the original?

On Kevin Wai's TikTok and Instagram accounts, where it was posted. The clip on this page is embedded from his post so you can see what the remakes are copying. If you want your own version, the generator above makes one from your photo.

How do I make a Bulin 47 AI video?

Add a clear photo of yourself in the generator at the top of this page and press Make. You get 15 seconds in Bulin's place with the original sound and the moves. Add a second photo and that person holds the speaker. The tutorial has photo tips and the beat-by-beat breakdown.

What does “dame hombro” mean?

“Give me shoulder” in Dominican Spanish: the move where you lean in and pop your shoulders up and down on the beat. Bulin does it at the end of the freestyle, and it became the name of the single.

Is RapVideo AI connected to Bulin 47?

No. This is a fan-made guide and tool, independent and not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their label. Photos of celebrities, footballers or politicians are not allowed in the generator.
