Where the time goes
An AI video has three parts, and only one of them is the AI working:

The render time is close between tools. What changes is how many renders you need and how much you do by hand.
Why a render takes minutes
A video model generates every frame: 24 or more images per second, each consistent with the last. A 12-second clip is a few hundred frames, plus lip-sync and audio. That runs on GPUs in a queue, so the wait depends on:
- Length. A 15-second clip takes longer than a 5-second one.
- Resolution. 1080p takes longer than 720p, which takes longer than 480p.
- Model. Higher-quality models are slower.
- Queue. At busy times your job waits for a free GPU.
- Extra steps. Songs need lyrics, vocals and a beat first, then lip-sync.
How long each kind of video takes on RapVideo AI
- AI rap video (one or two photos, an original song): about 2 to 3 minutes. The song, the vocals and the video are made in one go.

How to make it faster

- Start at 720p. It's the default and the best balance of speed and quality for phones.
- Use a template for trends. Rebuilding a trend from prompts means matching the shots and timing yourself.
- Write a short topic. Names and one detail are enough; the AI writes the rest.
Questions
Why is my AI video taking longer than usual? Usually a busy queue, or a longer or higher-resolution video. If a render fails or times out on RapVideo AI, the credits go back automatically.
Can AI make a video instantly? Not a real video with motion and sound. Seconds-long results are usually animated stills or templates that move a photo around.
