Why AI videos are short
A video model has to keep every frame consistent with the ones before it: the same face, the same clothes, the same room. Over a few seconds that works well. Over a minute small errors pile up: a face slowly changes, hands multiply, the background shifts. Longer clips also cost much more compute, since the model works on all the frames together.
So tools cap the length where quality still holds. For most models today that is 5 to 15 seconds.
Four ways to get a longer video
1. Use a model with a longer limit

Treat each AI clip as a shot, like a real music video: a wide shot, a close-up, a reaction. Cut them together in an editor and put one audio track under all of them. Cuts hide the seams, which is why most longer AI music videos are built this way.
